Super Typhoon Reming has increased wind speeds and has now reached 195 kimlometers per hour near the center. PAGASA is scheduled to make a press conference a few minutes from now. Malacanang has suspended all classes in Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal and other nearby areas. Billboard owners have been instructed by MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando to bring down the billboard canvasses in order to prevent undue injuries to motorists and pedestrians.
