Clan Elder Virginia Banares vda de Dado passed away today in Bacacay, Albay a few days after a super typhoon plowed through the municipality of Bacacay. Virginia is the daughter of Tomas Banares and Crispina Binamira Salazar (Lim). She was a school teacher in Albay and head of the Science Department of a Bontoc school. She is the widow of Bontoc Province Judge Herminio Dado, also a native of Bacacay, Albay. She is survivied by adopted daughter Sheila. Virginia has been ill for a few months before passing away. A two-day wake will be held at her residence in Bacacay. The clan is requested to pray for the eternal repose of her soul.
