The Metro Manila Bacacay Residents Association Inc. (Bacacay Association) has called an emergency meeting this evening to discuss plans on how to aid the typhoon-ravaged municipality of Bacacay, Albay. In a telephone conversation with BCIS Administrator Rodel Banares, Ms. Eva Japay, an officer of the Bacacay Association promised to inform BCIS of the plan as soon as it is finalized. She has also expressed condolences in behalf of the association upon learning of the death of Clan Elder Virginia Banares-Dado.
