JASON BONUS KILLED IN MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT
Jason Banares Bonus, the second child of Grace Banares-Bonus and Ding Bonus was killed in a freak motorcycle accident early Saturday morning, Manila time, according to the family of the deceased. Jason was on his way home from work and a band gig when a jeepney sideswiped his motorcyle, near the Aurora-Marikina on-ramp, killing him almost instantly. He was rushed to the Rodriguez Hospital in Marikina but was proclaimed dead on arrival by the doctors. A witness, a passenger of the killer jeepney, was the one who rushed Jason to the hospital. The driver of the jeepney escaped but was apprehended later and is now in jail for reckless imprudence resulting in homicide. Jason's remains are currently at Funeraria Nacional along Araneta Avenue in Quezon City. Burial will be this Thursday at the Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina at 2:00 pm. Friends and family request the clan to pray for his eternal repose.
